1. About the Law on Personal Data Protection

The Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK) was adopted on March 24, 2016, and published in the Official Gazette on April 7, 2016.

 
2. Data Controller

SİNKA Elektronik ve Yapı Şti., as a data controller under KVKK, may process your personal data to record, store, update, classify, and, where permitted under the KVKK, share with third parties.

 
3. Types of Personal Data Collected
  • Identity Data: Name, surname, T.C. identity number, date of birth, gender, etc.
  • Contact Data: Phone, address, email, etc.
  • Website & App Data: IP, cookies, browser data, browsing behavior, location data.
  • Other Data: Social media and campaign participation data, customer preferences.
 
4. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
  • Providing and improving products and services
  • Enhancing website and mobile app experience
  • Measuring customer satisfaction
  • Executing marketing and campaign activities
  • Compliance with legal obligations and responding to official requests
 
5. Sharing Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with suppliers, business partners, logistics/courier companies, web service providers, and relevant official authorities in accordance with legal obligations.

 
6. International Transfer

Under the KVKK and relevant legislation, your personal data may be transferred to service providers in countries deemed to have sufficient protection, based on your explicit consent and only when necessary.

 
7. Storage of Personal Data

Your personal data is stored securely in accordance with the KVKK and is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized when legal obligations are fulfilled or the purpose of processing is completed.

 
8. Rights of the Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, data subjects have the right to:

  • Learn whether personal data is processed
  • Request information if processed
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
  • Know the third parties to whom data is transferred
  • Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
  • Request deletion or destruction of personal data
  • Request notification of such actions to third parties
  • Object to automated system-based analyses
  • Request compensation in case of unlawful processing
